vCFO subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract, unless you select an annual term. You may cancel at any time. On cancellation, auto-renewal stops at the end of your current paid period and you keep access through that period. Fees already billed for the current period are not refunded.
Annual prepaid terms are billed for the year. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the annual term; prepaid annual fees are not refunded except where required by law.
Cancel from your billing portal, or email [email protected] and we will process the cancellation effective at the end of your current paid period.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to recover it and notify you. Access may be suspended until the balance is resolved.
